I mean it would be a surprise if it didn't. Every one of those European F16s in Ukraine were modified years ago to carry B61 tactical nukes.

However you feel about the war in Ukraine a nuclear armed nation will treat nuclear bombers on their doorstep as the real thing.

It is the same reason Canada sends F18s to "escort" T95 Bear bombers over the arctic and have since the 50s.
