A political question for those of you in the US...

What, in your view, are the chances of Trump winning again?

Given all the baggage and the January 6 stuff it seems incredulous that he's even in the conversation ... but try and help me understand why the odds suggest it's as close as 50/50.

Not looking for an argument, but just trying desperately to understand HOW and WHY.

Thanks.

I was merely asking a question. Jeez.

Instead of chucking that back at me, why not try and help me understand what it is that some Americans see in Trump.
@Willster Your reply to me said everything on your own views, your mind is already made up despite what we say, experience dealing with others who say what you did dictates you'll dismiss everything we say to explain our own views.

@NativePortlander1970 Then I'm not allowed to speak about it. That's fine. Not allowed an opinion. Gotcha ... unless I agree with you.

@Willster even if you do. Solve your home countries issues first.

@MasterLee So you've never passed comments on politics outside of the US?

@Willster only when harassed
Willster · M
@MasterLee “Harrassed”? You’ve been harassed to comment?

Who chucked it back at you?
@Willster Here's the funny thing, my tax dollars are funding the defense of the UK via NATO, something your country is severely behind by decades paying into, how much of the UK's taxes contribute into helping to defend the United States? 0%
Willster · M
@NativePortlander1970 And that’s my fault because….
@Willster You all voted in the MPs that all voted in Parliament to refuse paying NATO's dues
Willster · M
@NativePortlander1970 So you’re blaming me personally for something the UK electorate voted for? Makes perfect sense.
@Willster Did you vote for Labour?
Willster · M
@NativePortlander1970 Considering you were uncomfortable with me commenting on US politics, you seem very interested and willing to comment on UK politics.
@Willster Because my tax dollars go to defend the UK, your tax dollars go directly to your adulterer king.
Willster · M
@NativePortlander1970 And that’s my fault again because…?

You seem to be taking all of your angst with the UK and the UK electorate out on me 😊
@Willster If you voted Labour it is
Willster · M
@NativePortlander1970 So… in an electorate of 48 million, it’s all my fault?

1) Labour have been in power for two months.
2) I didn’t vote Labour.

We have more than two parties to choose from in the UK.

This is exhausting… I’m done. Enjoy your day.

@Willster wow. Your commenting on a US election that you know nothing about and now uncomfortable when a US citizen comments in yours? Priceless.
