@dale74 Build the wall was a dumb idea because first of all, it was expensive. Second of all, there was no way in hell he was getting the Mexican government to pay. I don't know how he thought that was ever going to work. And thirdly, spending all of our money on a giant wall is useless. People can tunnel under walls. People can climb walls. And more importantly, a wall doesn't extend into the Gulf of Mexico.

Tax breaks for everyone wasn't one of the things I'm saying are terrible. Please note that I said most of his promises were bad. Not all. You're cherry picking.

@LordShadowfire well if you're so smart why don't you look back at how many times our Congress has voted to build a wall on the southern border billions and billions of dollars towards it and it's never been built he's the first one that actually starts building it and yes it does save money it also saves lives you don't have people crossing in the middle of the desert and then dying because they're locked in the back of a truck because some coyote almost gets caught so we abandons his vehicle and the authorities don't find it till a week later. Every country should have border walls why don't you go to southern Mexico and look at their border wall it's massive. What you don't realize is people from South America even as far south as Brazil can get on a bus that is paid for and taken all the way up to Panama they then have to cross about a 10-mile stretch on foot where they can then get on another bus that will take them all the way to the border of the United States this is all paid for and funded by the United Nations through a special Grant from none other than the United States. Yeah immigration needs to be controlled we need to know who comes into the country and what kind of criminal history they have if they have it I have no problem with granting a green card anybody that comes here and ask for one giving them a 2-year green card and seeing if they can make it in the United States but I don't believe in illegal immigration.
