Trumps Florida document case is back on!

A three judge federal appeals court (including 2 Trump appointees) has overturned Judge Cannons ruled dismissal of the documents case arising from the Mar a lago search warrant. While it is unclear whether the Special Prosecutor Smith will remain in charge, the documents themselves have been ruled as evidence and the FBI has been allowed to resume its investigations. I predict some juicy headlines during the election campaign. In other news. Since Hunter Bidens Special Prosecutor was appointed in the exact same manner as Jack Smith, Bidens Lawyers have served notice that they want all his convictions overturned on the same grounds..😷

@Diotrephes Quite so. They didnt overturn her entire case. But a major part of her ruling was to remove over 100 Classfied documents from the investigation and to halt all further investigation into the Mar a Lago case. Both of those were reversed..So the case is open again, with the most damning evidence intact.😷
