So I have been thinking about this possibility.

If trump had died due to shooting, civil war could have been started if not then massive riots. Just saying.

You're absolutely correct. The MAGA crowd have been subject to so much fear-mongering and ragemongering (is that a word, or did I just make that up?) that they would absolutely have tried to tear this country apart with their bare hands if the shooter had succeeded.
