Biden won't step aside unless he forced to do so.
The easiest way to force him out is by the DNC nominating someone else to run in his place. Unfortunately, it will probably be Harris.

Either way they're going to cheat, they have no worthy candidates except maybe Gruesome Newscum. If the walking corpse runs it'll be like a turkey shoot at the voting booth. Votes from cemeteries across the land will suddenly show up after midnight en masse.
