Who was the worse President of the USA since WWII?

The reason I posted this poll was to see how bad peoples memories are.
Because go back a couple of decades and there was some nasty stuff residing in The White House.
I am surprised and disappointed that George Bush junior never received a vote.
He was a nasty piece of work.
I will never forget his outright contempt for rule of law. He done what ever he wanted with his two cronies, Chaney and Rumsfeld along for a very lucrative ride.
All during his Presidency more than 60% of the population disagreed with the direction he was taking the country.
He outright lied to go to war with Iraq. There were no weapons of mass destruction. He manufactured a falsehood to wage war.
That in itself is a crime in which he should have been impeached and removed from office.
I remember seeing vision of Mr Bush on an aircraft carrier declaring victory in Iraq.
Mr Bush wanted the US to be the sole ruler of the world.
He voted against the Kyoto Protocol, he rejected an anti-ballistic missile treaty with Russia.
He done his best to undermine the International Criminal Court.
He rejected the Geneva Conventions regarding the treatment of prisoners of war and civilians.
Thinking this allowed him to hold hundreds of people in Guantanamo Bay without access to any court or legal counsel.
He gave tax cuts to the wealthy, including himself and Mr Cheney.
He cut government spending on the programmes for food and income support for the poor, education and health care and pensions for the middle class.
Mr Bush initiated the Patriot Act. His legislation gave federal authorities the power to obtain medical records, tax records, book buying and library borrowing records without any reason.
The Patriot Act authorized the Federal Police to break into a person’s home and do a search without ever informing the person the search has been conducted.
Mr Bush relished his corruption. He gave huge government subsidies and gifts. His defence department gave huge contracts to ‘friendly’ corporations.
Remember Halliburton? Awarded a massive contract in the billions of dollars to repair Iraq’s oil infrastructure. His mate Mr Cheney was CEO of Haliburton just prior to his resignation before the
2000 U.S. presidential election.
Mr Cheney received stock options after he resigned and benefited hugely from the multi billion dollar contract.
