I Can Not Wait Till The Election Is Over

I assume we are s[peaking of the US election. I am tired of the depth to which the election rhetoric has gone. I am truly fearful of the outcome and the effects on my children and grandchildren. Regardless of the outcome, the country has been so divided, that I wonder how it is possible to join together again. Is this a "bloodless" civil war? I truly believe it started the day after Mr. Obama was elected and then then senate minority leader stated that the goal was to prevent a re-election. When that didn't happen, the effort was to block everything Obama tried to do and now putting up with a divisive, narcissist candidate against an imperfect opponent, my goodness what will come of our society, even more important than our country per se.

Civil war sorts out who has the power and who doesn't.

It works when voting does not.

It occurs when talk grows hollow and infuriating.

These issues date back to the Kennedy and the Vietnam war Johnson pursued.

Yes, there is evidence of sides being drawn.

But, it is Globalism that may become the common enemy that reunites us.

An interesting twist of fate.
