Yep. When I fractured my back, there was no way I was getting out of my house or to the ER on my own. I’m independent to the point of stupid sometimes but had to make that call.
@OlderSometimesWiser Join the club. We older people might have wisdom, but sometimes we are too independent for out own health. It took me a while to call for help while I considered if I could manage on my own.
@FreddieUK Lol….. spot on. I waited over a week and it had to reach the point when I could barely make it to the bathroom until I finally threw in the proverbial towel and made the call.
