Senior Citizens losing their mobility

My father spent his last years in assisted living. The muscle loss destroyed him. I refused to follow that path.

There are three things happening right now:

One — Your legs are giving you a countdown to a sedentary life that you don't want.

Two — The medical system is pushing you toward "just accept it" instead of fixing the root cause.

And three — There's a multi-billion-dollar pharmaceutical industry that profits every single day you keep getting weaker.

The older we get, the more important walking becomes.

Can you go from sitting to standing without using your hands? Seniors lose 50% of their leg
strength just because they use their hands to push themselves up. And they don't even know it.

💯 skip the escalators and climb the stairs...and yep, walk, hike and run if you knees let you. There's a book called "Younger Next Year" it's pretty good...

I refuse to become an old guy who can barely get around.
I still work 4 days a week, retured, and only on ONE medication.
I will NEVER move into a assisted living center.
