As of mid-2026, roughly 64 to 66 people in Minnesota have been convicted of fraud in recent federal and state investigations.

FYI, many people blew the whistle on this fraud since 2015, but they didn't tell the public,
they went straight to the authorities, and the authorities shut them down.
Did you watch the hearings? It was all discussed. Making these things public forces the authorities
to do something. This is why Democrats are trying to stop it from happening. They DO NOT want

Feeding Our Future was a Minnesota nonprofit founded in 2016. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it claimed to distribute many thousands of meals to schoolchildren, but instead stole hundreds of millions of dollars while providing few or no meals at most of its locations. Assembly Bill 2624 will outlaw sharing the photo or personal data of an immigrant services provider on the internet for harassment or violent purposes. Under the law, an immigrant services provider could bring a claim in court seeking up to at least $4,000 in damages from those who violate the law.

California’s "monumental problem" with rampant fraud is about to get significantly worse, according to Republican state Assemblyman Carl DeMaio, after Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a bill that he warns will crack down on people investigating scammers.
Officially titled "Privacy for immigration support services providers," the new law creates privacy protections for immigration support service providers, employees and volunteers, including shielding their addresses and imposing penalties on those who publish their images on social media. DeMaio told Fox News Digital the bill amounts to criminalizing investigative journalism and works to "silence citizen journalists and shield taxpayer-funded organizations from public scrutiny."
"What does the Stop Nick Shirley Act do? It basically makes it illegal for a citizen journalist to document fraud of taxpayer money and post that on the internet in the form of an internet video," he said.

The law also makes it illegal to post a participant's personal information or image online with the intent to threaten them or incite violence. It is scheduled to take effect Oct. 1, 2027.
