@sunsporter1649 Go after the people hiring the illegals. Does every employee or contractor have a SSN? If not then where is the employee or contractor that doesn't have such a number. Make hiring an illegal a punishable offence attached to the person doing the hiring. Some one from Boeing who hires an illegal can't hide behind Boeing. They are personally liable. When an illegal is found said person is quickly sent home. The work is done by duly sworn police officers who do not hide their faces or their ID.

@sunsporter1649 If you think sending in the Gestapo is preventing any murders etc you are very sadly mistaken. In the mean time the Gestapo is killing American citizens. So which is worse? Some random illegal or some state sponsored ICE killer? The victim is just as dead and those responsible for letting them do the killing are just as guilty. Its not a case of one being better than the other since the victim is still dead. It is a case of which is better for society and social cohesion. Should the US send in the armed goons to murder and terrorise or should it work with local police, employers and neighbours to remove the illegals from the US. I prefer the local constabulary. ICE doesn't even wear a uniform.

@hippyjoe1955 Marvin Morales-Ortez, 23, was released from custody in Fairfax County on Tuesday. He was in jail for brandishing a gun and assault with injury to someone. ICE filed a detainer which Fairfax County ignored. The judge dismissed the charges and released him from custody.

“On December 17th, Marvin Fernando Morales-Ortez, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador with prior criminal charges for assaulting law enforcement/first responders gunned down a Virginia resident in Reston, Virginia. Fairfax County FAILED the victim by refusing to work with ICE and releasing this criminal alien onto Virginia streets instead of safely into ICE custody. If Fairfax County would have simply worked to uphold our nation’s laws, then this tragedy would have never happened.”

@sunsporter1649 And that proves what? You have a corrupt judiciary? I think we all know that already. That has nothing to do with our discussion here. We are talking about the best way to remove illegals. ICE doesn't work. All it does is destroy societal cohesion as Americans are harassed and killed by ICE agents who are not punished for the murders they commit. The same goes for some illegals. They aren't punished either. That has nothing to do with the method of apprehending the illegals. That has everything to do with corrupt officials.

Some judge lets a killer go free so we have to loose the gestapo to harass American citizens including off duty police officers driving home from work? What kind of society do you want to live in?

@sunsporter1649 No one is sub human. That was established at Nuremberg. So let's stop that Nazi talk right away. The method of capture will affect the way their court case is finalised. Illegal by state officials has weight in the courts and it usually goes for the one on trial.
