What is going on with the mineral deal in Ukraine?

Zelensky is not going to be here in the States until tomorrow, and the mineral deal will be settled then. Right now, Trump is talking as if it is a done deal, but last I heard, Zelensky wasn't all the way on board. I assume there will be some adjustments.
