Why no DEI in pro sports?

Why is it that only the best of the best, based on ability and merit, get to play and make
the big bucks? It's not my fault I'm only 5'10, why should I not be able to make big bucks
playing in the NBA? Why are us regular people punished? Shouldn't we continue to
get participation trophies in adult life? It's just not fair.....I'm going to my safe space.

I would like football tuned for everyone. How about: I get to be QB, and no defensive player is permitted rush or tackle me, and I have receivers allowed to stay completely open, 5 yards from the line of scrimmage because that's as far as I can throw? This will expand pro football opportunities. It's plain unfair that only the best of the best get to play pro football.

@graphite

And don't forget the QB should be required to wear a flag so no tackling allowed. This would create jobs for flag football manufacturers! A win-win situation!

@graphite I have a hard time throwing with my bad shoulder, I should be allowed 5 running backs
so I can just hand-off. Maybe I put a large Transgender woman in from of my center, when I do
a QB sneak.

@DogMan Bring in fairness and equity! Zero-skill non-football players must be allowed to play professional football!
