Why did Biden pardon his entire Cabal?

I believe this is the first time in history that a POTUS pardoned his administration, the day before getting out of office.
and before any charges were leveled.

Is he afraid Trump will look into the things they have been doing over the past 4 years? If they did not commit a
crime, why pardon them? We know why, because he watched his DOJ level stupid misdemeanors charges
against Trump and turn them into felonies.

Democrats started this bullshit, but now they want to protect themselves, so it doesn't happen to them.
