Biden/Harris deplete FEMA funds for immigrants.

The Biden-Harris administration took more than a billion tax dollars that had been allocated to the agency responsible for American disaster relief and used it to offer services for illegal immigrants.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) allocated nearly $364 million in the fiscal year 2023 and $650 million for the 2024 fiscal year to the “Shelter and Services Program” “to provide humanitarian services to noncitizen migrants following their release from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS),” according to the government’s website.

Really? That's weird I just saw on the fema website how they have them 715 million. How does that work.

@SatanBurger for 1 million people, that comes out to 715 bucks each, cool,
that should be enough. 🙄

The point being, FEMA would have the money, if they were not feeding and sheltering
illegals. And we will spend 100 times that amount fighting Ukraines war.
@SatanBurger The question is: How are FEMA funds being used?
It’s the Robbing Peter to
Pay Paul.

@soar2newhighs It should be for Disasters.......hey....are Biden/Harris now
ADMITTING the migrant problem is a huge DISASTER? sure sounds like it.
@DogMan A difference: What Biden/ Harris created IS MAN MADE. Hurricane Helene is NATURE.
@SatanBurger do the math 🙄

@BizSuitStacy Honestly, some random memes from Twitter constitutes as rumors. Can you name a single person who has only gotten a check for 750 and nothing more when they directly applied for assistance?

Or is this you catastrophizing based off little information provided coupled with your own biased fear and xenophobia?

https://www.fema.gov/disaster/current/hurricane-helene/rumor-response

Rumor: FEMA does not have enough money to provide disaster assistance for Helene.

Fact:
FEMA has enough money right now for immediate response and recovery needs. If you were affected by Helene, do not hesitate to apply for disaster assistance as there is a variety of help available for different needs.

Rumor: Funding for FEMA disaster response was diverted to support international efforts or border related issues.

Fact:

This is false. No money is being diverted from disaster response needs. FEMA’s disaster response efforts and individual assistance is funded through the Disaster Relief Fund, which is a dedicated fund for disaster efforts. Disaster Relief Fund money has not been diverted to other, non-disaster related efforts.

@BizSuitStacy you can't do the math when fema says what you say is just a rumor and there's no person you can directly point to that has only gotten 750 when they applied for assistance.

Thanks for playing tho bye Felicia 😄
