@tindrummer You didnt deny that my comments were accurate. You simply pointed out (correctly) that others had the same flaws. Now thats fine. But do I need to remind you that Putin is and is correctly portrayed as a bad guy on the global stage, So you are equating your side with him. (Not something I would have gone for) Also I dont see the Russian version of "Friends" or "Big Bang Theory" on me TV, pushing the culture of Moscow down my kids throats as acceptable behaviour. And is there a Russian Cultural equivalent of Taylor Swift?? I hope to god not..馃樂

@whowasthatmaskedman I can and do watch tv and movies from everywhere including India, Japan and all over Europe including russia and yes, Oz. 馃 International content wouldn't be available here if it weren't popular and profitable.
The reverse is also true. Our entertainment wouldn't be consumed worldwide if it weren't popular. No one is forced to watch including your children. Use the parental controls provided by your cable system.
I don't like the programs you mentioned but I don't see how they're harmful - just mindless attempts at humor.

@tindrummer How they are harmful is that they depict those values as how to succeed. Equally I could say that how America conducts politics and justice is equally on display. But lets not go down that track. Its not fair to the majority of Americans.馃樂
