Should Delaware and Rhode Island be combined into one state so when
Puerto Rico becomes a state we still have 50 and don’t have to get new flags?

Either that, or we just combine North and South Dakota. That way, there won't be a Dakota missing out on tourism for lack of Mount Rushmore.
