If World War 3 broke out between the world's most powerful nations, where would you run to hide? And why?

Trump, Musk, and the rest of the billionaire class will hide in their bunkers if something really big goes down. It's us regular people who will get nuked/ blown to bits up here on the surface.

I'd want to find their their bunkers, keep the billionaires from getting in. I'd open the bunkers up to regular people. The billionaires, generals and corrupt politicians can stay on the surface.
