Billionaires want to rule over the earth, not over its radioactive remains.
It's all scaremongering, and anyone who actually believes nukes will fly may as well come out and say they believe the pyramids are inhabited by aliens, as both things have approximately the same probability (i.e. virtually zero)

@Elessar You're right, they don't. They do expect to survive WWIII however. The super are already building large underground bunkers/fallout shelters in New Zealand. That area is thought to be one of the least affected places in the event of a global war. I think some people will survive in strongholds in places all over the world. Some countries like Sweden have been preparing and fortifying for this since the Cold War of the 60's. We don't really know what the long term effects of radioactive fallout will be. Some people claim the radiation will last 1,500+ years. I'm not so sure. It didn't last 1,500 years in Hiroshima or Nagasaki, or Chernobyl for that matter. That being said, I hope and pray this type of senseless mass destruction never happens.

@Elessar I don't expect most of those people in the bunkers would survive long enough to see the light of day again. But I think some will, and some will survive in different places around the world. Some people survived the last ice-age with little to no resources. Humans can be resilient creatures.
