Turkey also has the second largest army in NATO behind the USA so Israel picking a fight would be suicidal. Which means they want to start a fight and expect the USA to fight it for them.

@Thatsright I understand that Turkey has a sizable military force, it's nominally a NATO country, too. But Israel seems determined!
