Russia still hasn't signed a peace treaty with Japan over World War II.
Oh, and when the Ruskies attacked the Japanese forces in Manchuria on August 8, 1945 it broke the Soviet–Japanese Neutrality Pact that was signed on April 13, 1941.
The text of the treaty stated it was to remain "valid for five years" (i.e., until April 13, 1946).
For Russia the goal has not been met yet. Ukraine wants Russia to GTFO but don't have the manpower to make that happen, so its a stalemate. The rest of the world are not affected so are ignoring it all.
@MisterBander You really need to stop reading exclusively propaganda. The war will be over in a year, maybe 2 tops. And 2 is wildly optimistic.
According to the Ukrainian rada they are seeing 450 000 deserters a year. That is equivalent to the entire US Army or the combined armies of France, Germany and the UK.
Even their own troops don't want to fight anymore.
