Russia still hasn't signed a peace treaty with Japan over World War II.
Oh, and when the Ruskies attacked the Japanese forces in Manchuria on August 8, 1945 it broke the Soviet–Japanese Neutrality Pact that was signed on April 13, 1941.
The text of the treaty stated it was to remain "valid for five years" (i.e., until April 13, 1946).
So much for a piece of paper.

Zelensky made sure Ukrainians get to experience what being an American vassal in a warzone is like much like the Gulf states.
Of course he will never have to face any consequences. When Kiev falls he will be on a plane to Florida.
