This is a propaganda Op-Ed pretending to be news.
Those are along the lines of the only terms that this war will end on but the west is determined to bleed Russia to the last Ukrainian and so hell will likely freeze over before they agree to this.
I also find it hilarious that the nations that still dictate the sovereignty and military policy of Japan and Germany 80 years later are crying foul about claims Russia would have unfair influence over Ukraine in such a deal.
The hypocrisy is mindlblowing.

Now, he's trying to wipe his fingerprints off his obvious subservience to the murderous dictator putin.
The '28-point' list of purely russian demands will be rejected out of hand.
trump will use that as an excuse to abandon Ukraine i.e. he will surrender america's honour and standing in the Free World.
Will his treachery succeed?
It already has.
To the same extent that russia is now a global joke, the US is now seen as unreliable and deceitful.
The bad news for your country is that Europe will no longer be distracted and diverted by the weak, old, russian pawn in his Throne Room in Trump Castle.

The US and UK overthrew the Ukrainian government in 2014 and it has been a vassal state ever since. That is what actually happened. It was also the second time in 10 years. The Orange Revolution was a coup as well.
