His wife asked him to pick up their son from kindergarten, because she was scared of some dogs nearby. When he got out of the car, recruiters came out of a normal looking car next to them, and took him.

@littlepuppywantanewlife I agree. They have recently made a law that recruiters will no longer be allowed to kidnap people off the streets. Instead they will only be allowed to hand you the conscription letter, but it hasn't taken effect yet. We are all hoping that the recruiters will adhere to this law when it comes into effect, but it's hard to tell if it will change anything in reality. We have to wait and find out I guess.
