NATO rules required NATO to refer the Ukraine conflict to the UN, and to stop arming Ukraine.
But lots of rules are stupid, so, like whatever!

@LeopoldBloom and Russia asked to go to the UN - the USA refuses to negotiate. Trump's claim that there's been a change is without factual basis, but we hope.
