Peace is not simply the absence of war. There is nothing peaceful about your constant anti-western postings. People living in harmony respecting each other's difference would be peace. Giving into dictatorship or genocide is not. I hate the thought of war and everything it entails, but to be simplistically advocating lying down and letting your loved ones and way of life be destroyed is not peace. I am sure we'd all be pleased to hear you give a constructive alternative to the status quo.

building peace is the goal for all people.

If only that were true. There are many who crave power and money and they will use all means, including warfare, to achieve their ends. Then there are those driven by ideological/religious beliefs who 'know' they are right and those who won't agree are expendable. I haven't started on the arms industry.

I come back to the question: how do peace loving people deal with it?
