CNN asks “Why Would You Shoot Her?”

Well, the article does say they have no confirmation as to who shot her, or the others. It is plausible that Hamas shot their own people to make Israel look bad. But there are confirmed instances of IDF shooting surrendering civilians, so it's entirely valid to implicate Israel here. But considering Israel claims to be fighting Hamas and not civilians and claims Hamas treats their citizens horribly, you would think the "most moral army in the world" would also have a goal of protecting Palestinian civilians from Hamas by doing such things as guarding aid trucks as they come in to make sure aid is distributed fairly.

That said, no matter who is firing, shooting people waving white flags is horrible.
