And they will be safe. I am no expert in that field but what about russia’s dead hand nuclear system?

Exactly. Unless you want the entire world to burn, launching a nuke at anyone is a dumb idea. With enough pressure, motivation, and time, Russia will solve itself. The Russian people don't support Russia's actions. Eventually they'll depose Putin and change course on their own.

But if you did want the entire world to burn, well... Fair, I guess.
