My Commanding Officer does not like long meetings, so he has removed all the chairs from his conference room. You can be as comfortable as you like, standing up, but no meeting lasts longer than fifteen minutes.

Troop meetings, this is quite understandable. Strategic meetings, this is not a good idea.
There's a purpose for both though and for you I fully understand that position.
Our guard mount meetings were exactly the same. Standing up and less than fifteen minutes.
