Is another war really about to start or did our lovely friend (NATO but really the US) feel the need to intervene once again and BOOM, we're back in the 90s?
Kosovars are bullying Serbians. Why on earth would you need a new license plate for your car just for short road trip in neighboring country? They could ask for some permit or something but a whole license plate is just them being annoying.
