Weird plane circling in the area. ✈️

I just saw a plane fly here, then turn around. We heard a woman on the street tell her friend that she saw the same thing earlier. Few minutes later the plane came back so I filmed it, but you can't really see it in the video. You can hear our siren if you turn the volume up though.

I just saw a Spanish plane above Ukraine. 🤨 In the most western part but still, aren't they like...afraid?
