Assuming no one offs the miserable motherfucker (and I mean that in the most respectful way) Putin and Russia will blunder along ineptly but inevitably and destroy most of Ukrainian infrastructure and forcing the bread basket of Europe to miss the planting. This will spike food prices globally and cause the poorest among us to starve.
The US and NATO will make lots of noise but the Biden bumblers won’t dare do anything and, without the US lead, NATO won’t do anything either.
Putin, if he’s still alive will die six months later.
