Not sure that would be the best way to resolve the current discontent, plus there’s also the small matter of where to get those missiles, not to mention the ones they’d fire off in return.

@DownTheStreet Russia + China + India = can manage to get 1200 nuclear missiles targeting all the US cities on the same time, if you USA can shoot down 70 % missiles even then 300 nuclear warhead will hit USA on the same time and USA will turn like a " SUN " 💥

@Blessica the USA would launch a return salvo and that and all the radiation wouldn’t be troublesome. Plus I don’t think it’s really the best way to solve problems.
Straylight · 31-35, F
@DownTheStreet Logistically, it’s an interesting question. To scour the entire US territory is doable, but the fallout in Canada and Mexico would be impossible to avoid. And that much radiation being dumped into the environment would become a global problem fast.
Of course all that’s assuming the multiple explosions don’t just burn away the atmosphere.

@Straylight The atmosphere won't "burn away", as it is not inflammable. However the radioactive fallout from all-out nuclear war certainly would hurt everyone on Earth, as you say; along with more direct effects like the destruction of trade.
