NATO IS THE WORST ABOMINATION EVER CREATED. UM EQUAL TO THE UN. BOTH ARE WORTHLESS AND DOING THE OPPOSITE OF THEIR FOUNDING PURPOSE. THAT BLDG IN NY WOULD MAKE A GREAT APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR LEGAL IMMIGRANTS OR WORKING HOMELESS OR VETS TO TAKE UP RESIDENCE.
