In what respect?
I would imagine the news in the USA presently to be dominated by the looming Presidential election there, and by Israel and the Ukraine, so coverage of other countries' problems not directly affecting the USA is likely to be thin.
As it happens the BBC covers those too: the two wars understandably but it has far more interest in the US elections than really necessary - what will matter to the UK and other nations is the outcome and consequent US foreign policies.
Though to be fair it probably has a sizeable American audience for those matters!
