I am done arguing with fake news and lies made or parroted by certain members on SW.

I will not argue, but, to provide facts and truth, I will post proven facts.

If that bothers you, then don't read my posts.

Also, I couldn't care less if the truth bothers you.

Since you are retired Army, do you have an issue with everyone calling Walz command sergeant major, when he retired as a Master Sergeant?

@Sojournersoul I'm not sure of the National Guard regulations, but I assume, from what I read, it was a temporary promotion pending completion of schooling.

I don't have a big issue with him being referred to as a CSM, but it isn't technically right. He should be referred to as the rank he was discharged with.
@Ontheroad I agree. I know it says MSGT on my retired ID and that is what his has listed as well.

@Sojournersoul I see it both ways. He was, except for completing probably SGM/CSM academy, picked for and given the rank of CSM.

That in itself is an honor bestowed on and earned by less that 1% of career enlisted.

So yeah, I get why people use the honorarium, but it isn't technically right.
@Ontheroad he chose not to complete the required course work and to retired as an E8. Just wanted your opinion.
