On everything and anything being labelled "fake news", "conspiracy theories", "offensive" etc if it goes against the day's narrative

the same folks who used to tell you to "Question Everything" now tell you that you cant question anything they say. the same folks who tell us that men can menstruate, get pregnant and give birth are worried about misinformation on Twitter. the same people who ride around alone in their car with a mask on are lecturing to us about science. LOL

It's intended that way. If "they" overwhelm us with opposing ideas, we become confused as to what the truth really is, causing us to just resolve to do nothing and accept the idea that there is nothing we can do to change things. Basically it's a weakening tactic.
