@eli1601 How's the weather up there on the mountain? Have you been down to the valley lately? Any problem with flooding?

@independentone A lot of rain this year. Usually we love it, but it does get a little much when it's every day. The good part is it has kept the temps in the 70's. No flooding where we are. We haven't been in the valley for a month but we are going down tomorrow because my wife has an eye doctor appt and we are going out to dinner with my son and his in-laws on Sat. Temps are only supposed to be in the 90's. How has your summer been?

@eli1601 We are getting your weather lately, 102-105 almost every day, but the beach has been nice in the low 80s. Thank God for air conditioning.
