Is medical misinformation on this site dangerous?

There are a few very vocal, prolific posters who post tons of anti-vaxing propaganda. Is this dangerous misinformation during a pandemic or just preaching to the ignorant choir?
Is Similar Worlds complicit by allowing it?

{@jonlosangeles] these people tend to be the trump cult obedience core base and are brain wahed with his ignorant outlook on the vaccination . alas it is a opinion and a view point so cannot be stopped . all you can think is people have more common sense and make there own judgement whether it is right or wrong to have the vaccine or not
