Has Anyone Else Noticed This Recently?

The price of eggs has doubled in price where I live. And the size of LARGE eggs has gone down as well. They are about the same size as MEDIUM eggs were before.

Nearly 56% of all the grocery business in the US is held by just seven mega firms. This has made predatory price gouging easy to do.

@DrWatson these corporations get tax write-offs for throwing perfectly good food away instead of donating it. Sometimes it’s not even expired either. Watching way too many You Tube videos of this. Some stores seem to be emptying their shelves into long pull-out dumpsters and then doing it again within the same week.
