@Arrow17 in june my electric bill was over $300.00 and that was in a cool month. Now that we here in Arizona have broken arizona all time records of july, i expect the bill to be closer to $600.00. Average about 115 degrees during the day( 46 c) and in the evening a average of about 94 degrees low at night or(34 c). We have had 28 straight days over 110 degrees (43c) this month and that includes 3 days of 119 degrees(48.5c). This record is still running. Today it cooled to 115 degrees. It has been so hot that even the cacti are dying. Average temperature of day and night together every day is over 102 degrees every day of the month.

@ronisme1 maybe you should think to live in Malaysia. There are many high tech factories more than 100 manufacturing. You may get a job there and living cost is very low.

@Arrow17 i just retired and my normal electric bill for july is upper 200.00 to mid 300.00. House is set at 80 degrees or 27c during the day. Inflation has dropped to 3% and the gas prices are equal to last year so its just the heat now driving my costs now. But, i would miss my 15 grandkids way over there but thanks

@ronisme1 your all grand childrens will all come to you because Malaysia is a country full of adventure. They will have many adventures. I have a condo in Medini in Johor Baru where it calls education city. There are American international school and British Malborough school there near where I live. My Condo is next to Legoland. There are Hello kitty and Angry Brid parks. There is Universal Studio in Singapore.

I love South East Asia compare to Europe. I see Europe is a boring place to live.

@Arrow17 thanks, but all my kids are workaholics. They barely take 2 days off a week. 1 is a mechanic. 1 is a paramedic/nurse. 1 is a insurance supervisor in charge of 3 states of agents, calif, arizona and nevada, and another is a IT computer wiz in charge of a million dollar company in southern calif. He worked harder during the pandemic hooking up all the home computers for a 15 story building. 1 is a housewife with a lot of kids and you know she has no time and last is still single. So even though your suggestion is good, i can afford my bills but as the inflation continues to come down i just wish the weather would cool off already. Catuus dying, from heat, never even knew they could.

@ronisme1 in Us and Uk the inflation can come down. In Asia inflation has never down. The governments doesn't know to control inflation.
