@PiecingBabyFaceTogether would you do something different in your life if you found out you actually have it? Like if you knew that in some years you will get it and there's nothing you can do about it, how would it change your current way of life?

@HannibalAteMeOut That depends on the severity of it but yes I would appreciate the little things more I think.
Personally I use my experience with my illness to benefit my younger cousins who unfortunately have it too. There's a lot of mistakes that they won't make because I made them first. You can look at the mistakes that were made in your family history and learn from them a thing or two.
