Don’t know what I expected really

Tried this ancestry.com thing. Found out about my great grandparents a bit but honestly not much. Found out some served in the world wars but thats about it. There’s no information beyond their names, marriage records and what towns they lived in. Ends up those commercials for the website aren’t very truthful. I had hoped to find evidence that one of my ancestors wasn’t a scumbag but no luck.
