@NerdyPotato the fact that they say it will trickle instead of flow is a good indicator that they knew it wasnt going to be shared with the working class. Trickle up makes sense. Either way, when you give workers who have little savings tax breaks, you know they will be dumping all that money back into the economy, not hidden away in the Cayman Islands never to be in circulation again until further notice.
