According to wikipedia the Inca Empire did not have markets, trade mostly being done on a one to one personal level.

The Aztecs however did, holding mamy small markets once a week while having a large central market that was so important it never shut.

Meanwhile, for the Mayans their system was different. They had a mixture of permanent and temporary markets like the Aztecs except the market specialties rotated throughout the cities of the empire.
