Schofield Ford covered bridge, Pennsylvania

The original burned in 1991 and was reconstructed using tools and technique that the original bridge builders used in 1873.

Even though it's a reconstruction, all the hand made craftsmanship of another age is there. An age when plastic extruded furniture and particle board were still a distant nightmare.
