Do you find it interesting that both Athens and Cairo share the same timezone? Considering both Greeks & Egyptians created great civilizations before?

Time zones are strange indeed I'm sure I read once about a country that deliberately put themselves an hour ahead of a competitor economy which is hilarious to me.
