I Love History

I studied history at university and achieved a first with honours, and during my reading I became fascinated on a personal tack with the Macedonian families who divided up the vast empire won by Alexander III of Macedon, especially the Ptolemies, who ruled Egypt for three hundred years until the Romans seized it from Cleopatra and her family.

I always struggled studying history because I have always found it difficult to remember people's names and dates. Doesn't mean I find it any less interesting.
