Wow. Looking at those serpentine roof supports, one wonders how stone can be carved in such a way and still retain its' strength.

@4meAndyou A lot of Indian historical wonders were destroyed by Muslims ,especially temples during their invasion for 800 years.Later their Vedic culture and knowledge were corrupted by British invaders for 200 years.Nowadays, a lot of Indians didn't know about the historical wonders that were built by their ancestors and some of them are ashamed of being a Hindu because they didn't know their Vedic culture.

@LoneKnight I have a VERY good female friend on another site who is Hindu, and she seems rather proud of her holidays and traditions, so, thankfully, she is not one of those. I will direct her to this site.
